The sessions within this seminar are open to anyone who wishes to learn aspects of the most comprehensive martial art in existence no matter what experience you may have. Hwa Rang Do is divided in to four categories: Nae Gong (Internal Power), Wae Gong (External Power), Shin Gong (Mental Power), Moo Gi Gong (Weapon Power). During this seminar you will get to learn from the Founder, Supreme Grandmaster Dr. Joo Bang Lee and his best masters while tasting a flavor of all areas within this art of infinite possibilities.

Session I: 10:00-11:30am - Gumtoogi: Sword Fighting-Twin Double Sword (with SsangJukdo & armor if you have it)
Session II: 12:30-2:00pm - Bongtoogi: Stick Fighting-Twin Mid-Stick(with SsangJungbong & armor if you have it)
Session III: 2:15-3:45pm - Point Sparring Tactics
Session IV: 4:00-5:30pm - Dan Bong: Short Stick

Saturday July 25, 2009
Session V: 10:00-11:30am - Gotoogi: Grappling Takedowns
Session VI: 12:30-2:00pm - Gotoogi: Grappling Chokes
Session VII: 2:15-3:45pm - Gotoogi: Grappling Setups to Submissions
Session VIII: 4:00-5:30pm - Joint Manipulation for Self-Defense

Seminar Fees
Each Individual Session - $35 for WHRDA members and $40 for non-members
All day Friday - $120 for WHRDA members and $150 for non-members
All day Saturday - $120 for WHRDA members and $150 for non-members
Both Friday and Saturday - $200 for WHRDA members and $250 for non-members
