Hwa Rang DoŽ is unique from other martial arts in the fact that there is only one governing body in the world. Only the Supreme Grand Master and founder of Hwa Rang DoŽ Dr. Joo Bang Lee can grant a Hwa Rang DoŽ black belt. This is to insure the highest quality of all Hwa Rang DoŽ black belts.  The Hwa Rang DoŽ name has been internationally trademarked to keep traditional values and honor synomous with our name. The following page is to disclose to the public the names of all registered and licensed Hwa Rang DoŽ Black Belts. If you find someone you know is claiming to be Hwa Rang DoŽ and is not on this list please contact World Headquarters. If you have recieved a Hwa Rang DoŽ black belt from anyone other than Supreme Grand Master Dr. Joo Bang Lee your belt is not valid and you need to redeem your fees from the grantor then call World Headquarts to schedule a legitimate testing date. This list is missing the names of Korean promoted black belts in the years of 1960-1980.
